We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time or Full-Time Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing team in Rutland, Vermont. *Continuing Education: Up to $500 annual CEU reimbursement to support your professional development.

*Clinic Supplies Provided: We cover the cost of all acupuncture needles, disposables, and other necessary clinic supplies.

*Access to Modalities: Enjoy access to our range of modalities, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and e-stim, to enhance your treatments.

*Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses based on patient volume and retention. 20% Commission on all supplements, herbs, products sold.

 

Who You Are:

*Hold a current and valid license to practice acupuncture in Vermont.

*Liability/Malpractice Insurance: Maintain an up-to-date policy.

*A Passion for a Professional Career: Possess a strong interest and dedication to providing acupuncture treatments for health conditions, such as pain management, mental/emotional well-being, digestion, women’s/men’s metabolic and hormonal health and more.

*Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear explanations of treatment plans and addressing their concerns with empathy and compassion.

*Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

*Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in acupuncture. If you are particularly business-minded, there is an opportunity for partnership in the business after three years.
